Leo Nova was created for Leo New York’s internal rotational leadership program, made to help early-career talent feel like they were part of something special from the start. The project gave the program its own identity, from welcome materials and certificates to small branded pieces that could make the experience feel more intentional and fun. Built with the help of AI as part of the creative process, it became more than just a set of assets. It became a little world for the program. Something that could make people feel seen, welcomed, and excited for what was ahead.
