Hey! I’m Victor Ferreira, a Brazilian creative with over a decade of experience in advertising, working across art direction
and design for brands like Jack Daniel’s, Coca-Cola, Samsung, and M&M’s, currently working as Associate Creative Director at Leo NY.
My focus has always been on using art direction to shape ideas that connect with culture. I’ve been lucky to work on projects
that really pushed me creatively, like helping develop Jack Daniel’s global design system and positioning, bringing consistency
to the brand’s look and tone around the world. I also had a lot of fun working on The Sound Studio, a U.S. campaign
for The General that unexpectedly took off on TikTok. And The Final Exam, a video game created to raise awareness around
school shootings, was one of the most meaningful projects I’ve been part of. It challenged me in new ways and reminded
me why I love this kind of work.
Earlier in my career, I spent time at top agencies in Brazil like Cheil, Wunderman Thompson, and Africa DDB.
At Cheil, I was part of the team behind Samsung’s Anti-Bullying Skin, a campaign that earned the agency its first Cannes Lion
and sparked conversation about toxicity in gaming culture.
Beyond the work, I’ve mentored junior creatives, taught art direction at Escola Cuca, and served as a jury member
at a few festivals along the way. My work has been recognized by Cannes Lions, The One Show, Clio, and D&AD. In 2025, I was named
the seventh most awarded Associate Creative Director in the world by The One Show.
